INVENTORIES CONTROL AND ADMINISTRATION |

DACOTRANS
has its own warehouse in
Aduana Santamaría,
where we can store your
cargo while your permits are being processed by customs.

Inventories are updated daily for improved internal control and we offer our clients these files according to their requirements: daily, weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. All inventories are sent electronically. |

CLASSIFICATION AND REFERENCED DELIVERIES |
|
We offer our clients the possibility of classifying goods in our warehouses by codes, colors, references, types, "best before" dates, etc. This is helpful to importers as they are able to control incoming goods and their status. They can ask the customs agency to process certain products without having to make physical inspections first. This is also helpful when configuring new orders. This service makes deliveries safer and faster. |

PARTIAL DELIVERIES |
|
Partial deliveries are necessary when, due to the volume of the cargo, its weight, or the distance to its final destination, it is not possible to deliver 100% of it on the same day. Sometimes, goods that have already gone through customs are not able to be picked up the same day. In such cases we may transport it to the general fiscal warehouse so that delivery can continue from there, without making the client incur in further expenses. |

PACKAGING |
|
Our staff has the necessary knowledge and experience to package goods for safe shipping. First, technical specifications of packaging are received from the client to be able to quote the packaging service. |

REGIMEN GENERAL DE DEPOSITO |
|
This service is offered for national cargo, import cargo that already went through customs, or export cargo. Here, we can consolidate cargo for road or ocean export or simply store the goods if our client has no warehouse. This service is open to all of our clients but geared specially to small and medium-sized importers that can deliver to their final clients directly from our warehouse.
